Day Planner

Your personal day broken into an hour by hour timeline, so hard tasks land in strong hours. The forecast for days ahead is Premium.

What it is

Free + Premium

The Day Planner reads your day hour by hour, giving each hour an energy from 1 to 9.

Yesterday and Today are free. The Forecast tab, every day ahead with its strongest hours, is Premium.

Why it matters

It shows when your energy runs strongest, so the tasks that matter can go into those hours and the quieter hours can be used for lighter work.

How the app works it out

Each hour's energy is your Personal Day Number plus the hour on a 12 hour clock, reduced to 1 to 9. An hour of 7 or more counts as strong, and in the forecast each day is scored out of 100 with waking hours weighted, so a peak at three in the morning does not lift the day.

What you see in the app

  • The energy right now, out of 9
  • Bars for the whole day and your best run of strong hours
  • The next peak hour still to come today
  • A timeline of all 24 hours, grouped from Late night to Night, each with its energy and a short message
  • With Premium, every day ahead with its score, opening its full plan
