What it is
FreeBiorhythm theory holds that three cycles begin at birth and repeat for life: Physical every 23 days, Emotional every 28 and Intellectual every 33. The app reads them alongside your Personal Day Number.
Why it matters
It is a traditional model for reflection and timing, not a scientific or medical measure. The numerology layer shows which of the three rhythms today's number brings forward.
How the app works it out
Each cycle is a sine wave that starts at zero on your birth date, so its value is sin(2π × days since birth ÷ period), from +100% to -100%; a day when a wave crosses zero is called critical. Your Personal Day Number then picks one rhythm (Physical for 1, 4 and 9, Emotional for 2, 6 and 7, Intellectual for 3, 5 and 8), and the day is read by where that rhythm is.
What you see in the app
- A chart of the three waves around the chosen date
- A combined reading, the average of the three
- Each rhythm's level, state and whether it is rising or falling
- Today's number paired with one rhythm, and what the two together suggest
- Any date after your birth, stepped day by day or picked from a calendar
