Love Weather

How you and your partner sit together on a given day, scored like weather, with a thirty day forecast and the best dates for a hard conversation.

Also known as Couple Weather, Daily Relationship Forecast

Most compatibility readings answer one question and then stop. Are we a good match. It is a fair question, but it is also the least useful one, because the answer never changes and you cannot do anything with it.

Love Weather asks something narrower and more practical. Not are we right for each other, but what is today like for us, and when is the next good day. Two people can be a strong match and still pick the worst possible Tuesday to talk about money.

Two layers, one score

The reading is built from two things stacked on top of each other. The first never moves. The second changes every morning.

The bond layer comes from the two birth charts. It uses each partner's Life Path Number and Birth Number, plus a Bond Number of its own, which is the two Life Paths added together and reduced. That is the climate you live in as a couple. It is the same in January as it is in July.

The day layer is the weather inside that climate. Each of you has a Personal Day number for the date. Add them, reduce them, and you get a Shared Day, which is the number the two of you are moving through together. Sitting behind that is the Universal Day, which is just the date reduced and is the same for everyone alive, so it says something about the wider mood rather than about you two specifically.

The score comes from how comfortably those numbers sit with each other, judged on the same friendship table the Lucky Numbers reading uses. That matters more than it sounds. It means the app cannot tell you 7 and 4 get along here and then contradict itself two screens later.

The six bands

The score lands in one of six bands, and each one comes with a different instruction rather than just a label.

Clear Sky, 85 and above. Very little is working against you. This is a day to use rather than waste. If you have been holding something back, say it now, because it will land the way you meant it.

Sunny, 70 to 84. A good day. Things that usually take effort take less. Worth planning something together.

Warm, 55 to 69. Steady. Nothing special and nothing difficult. Good for ordinary life together, and a bad day to expect fireworks.

Cloudy, 40 to 54. A bit flat. Nothing is actually wrong, but nothing is helping either. Keep plans simple, and if one of you seems distant, it is probably the day rather than the relationship.

Windy and Stormy, below 40. Friction is available and small things will find it. These are not days to avoid each other, they are days to avoid deciding things.

Best days for a specific thing

A single daily score is blunt, because a day that suits one kind of conversation may be wrong for another. The reading breaks it down into five separate things a couple actually wants a good day for.

A real conversation. A night out. A big decision. Making up. Feeling close.

These pull apart more than you would expect. A day that is excellent for making up can be poor for a big decision, because the energy that makes people soften is not the energy that makes them think clearly. Being able to see which is which is most of the value here.

The thirty day forecast

Alongside yesterday and today, there is a forecast running thirty days out. Every day is scored and banded the same way, so you can scan the month and spot the two or three days worth planning around.

The obvious use is picking a date. The less obvious one is looking backwards after a bad week and realising it was a stretch of Cloudy days rather than anything either of you did. That is a strangely useful thing to know.

On the free plan you get the first seven days of the forecast. The rest is behind Premium. Worth being clear about what that means: the remaining days are calculated either way, they are just hidden. It is your real forecast rather than a sample.

How much weight to give it

Use it the way you would use an actual weather forecast. It is a reason to bring an umbrella, not a reason to stay home.

The failure mode worth naming is blaming the chart. If a Stormy day becomes an excuse for how someone behaved, the reading has stopped being useful and started being a shield. A rough day explains a shorter fuse. It does not explain cruelty, and it was never meant to.

Questions about the Love Weather

  • Do I need my partner's full name?

No. Love Weather runs on dates of birth alone, because everything in it is built from Life Path, Birth Number and Personal Day numbers. If you want the deeper readings such as Relationship Karma or Passion and Polarity, those use names as well.

  • Does the score change if the app treats me as the main user?

No, and that was deliberate. The friendship table used underneath is written per number, so it is possible for 2 to call 9 a non friend while 9 says nothing about 2. The reading adds both directions and judges the total, so the answer is the same whichever partner is entered first.

  • Can I save more than one partner?

Yes. The partner details are stored on your device the same way your own profile is, so you can switch between people without entering dates again.

  • What is the difference between Love Weather and the Couples Love Match?

Love Match answers who. It compares two charts and describes the relationship itself, which does not change. Love Weather answers when. It takes the same two charts and scores a particular date.

  • Is a low Bond Number bad news?

It means more of your good days will come from timing rather than from the baseline. Couples with a strong bond coast through average days. Couples without one get more out of paying attention to which days are which.
